If your Cartridge was fine when you opened the package and has started leaking with use, this may have been caused by various things including the cartridge getting overheated during use or storage.  If it is within 7 days of purchase please click here.  The good news is the steps below will help you salvage and get the most out of your remaining oil.

Step 1 - Clean the contact area and threads (see figure 1); and air holes (see figure 2) of your cartridge using a toothpick and/or cotton swab with a very small amount of rubbing alcohol.  If there is rust or another hard substance, you can use a small piece of fine sandpaper to clean the area as well.  WARNING - do not use any metal or other conductive material.

Step 2 - Once you have cleaned everything, store your cartridge mouthpiece down.  While we normally recommend storing your cartridges mouthpiece up, if they have started to leak, keeping them upside down will keep you from losing any additional oil.

Step 3 - Once all your oil has settled at the top of your cartridge (or at least has pulled away and is clear of the vaporizing head) (see figure 3) you can use your cartridge for your next vaping session.  Until then keep cartridge stored upside down.

Step 4 - After your first vape session after having stored the cartridge upside down, continue to store the cartridge upside down until you have a vape session where you don't get any vapors but there is still oil in the cartridge.

Step 5 - Once you have been storing your cartridge upside down and vaper no longer comes out when you use it, you may resume storing your cartridge right side up as this will allow the oil to flow back into the vaporizing head.

Step 6 - Once you have returned to storing your cartridge right side up, keep a close eye on it to see if it starts leaking again.  If it does simply repeat steps 1 - 6 until all the oil has been used over time.

We realize having to manage a cartridge that has developed a leak is a pain in the butt and we really appreciate your using this simple technique to get the most out of your oil.
