Step 1 - Remove the protective cap from cartridge threads and make sure contact area and threads are clean and unobstructed (see figure 1). If you need to clean the contact area and/or threads, use a toothpick and/or cotton swab, with a very small amount of rubbing alcohol. If there is rust or other hard substance, you can use a small piece of fine sandpaper to clean the area as well. WARNING - do not use any metal or other conductive material.
Step 2 - Inspect battery contact area to make sure it is free and clear (see figure 2). Instructions for cleaning your battery's contact area are available by clicking here.
Step 3 - Screw your cartridge onto the battery, making sure the cartridge is in contact with the battery (see figure 3). Please make sure not to over tighten the cartridge as this may cause damage to either the cartridge or battery.
Step 4 - With your cartridge connected to your battery you are now ready to begin vaping. Turn your battery on by pressing the battery button 5 times rapidly. You should now be able to press and hold the button while drawing on the cartridge mouthpiece.
